Designed for versatility and mobility, our Insulated Powder Town Jacket has a 2-layer H2No® Performance Standard shell and strategically placed Thermogreen® insulation for waterproof/breathable warmth, with a taffeta liner for easy layering. Easy-Access Hem Adjustment and RECCO® Reflector
Hem adjustment exits through the front handwarmer pockets; concealed RECCO® reflector allows rescuers to use a directional signal to determine the reflector’s location
