Designed to push participants beyond their perceived limits, this unique event consists of 30-minute intervals over a 6-hour period, with each interval stretching over a 2.5-mile loop. Whether you're aiming for a single lap or conquering 30 miles, you set your own goals—making this challenge more about personal achievement than competition.
